Rates:

Weekday (5:30pm-10:30pm）

- 5-hour Session @ $300

Weekend & Public Holiday  (10:30am-3:30pm / 5:30pm-10:30pm)

- 5-hour Session @ $350

- 12-hour Session  (10:30am-10:30pm) @ $600 

NOTE: 

- Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Please check availability with us via WhatsApp at 91702150 (Click to chat) before making a booking on the website. 

- A $100 refundable deposit is required, which will be refunded and updated within two days after your event via PayNow to the phone number provided at the time of payment.

- Extension per hour @ $60 (subject to availability)

Host Rules:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the event space and throughout the building.
• Sitting in public areas or leaving trash is not allowed. Please keep noise levels down to avoid disturbances.
• Refrain from using tapes, nails, or any adhesives on walls, furniture and floor.
• No confetti.

Breaching our house rules may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Disclaimer: Beary Fun Studio is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the use of the venue and its facilities.

During Check-out: 

• Make sure to vacate the venue on time.  
• Ensure basic cleanliness after your event, including disposing of all trash in the provided bins.
• Move furniture back to original position before leaving the venue. Charges also apply for any damage or loss of items. 
• Please switch off all lights, air-con and electrical appliances before leaving.
• Additional $100 reinstatement fee will be charged for:

1. Vomit outside of toilets.
2. Spills or stains on furniture, floors, or walls.
3. Any physical damage like scratches or holes.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
• Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable. 
• For all refund requests, a 5% transaction fee will be deducted for payment made by Credit Card (not applicable to PayNow or Bank Transfer).
