Self-Collection Details:

Please note that self-collection is available by appointment only. Kindly select your preferred collection timeslot during the checkout process and make sure to arrive on time. If you anticipate any delays, please inform us promptly by WhatsApp at 91702150. Self-collection is exclusively at our designated location.

Should you choose to arrange your own courier, kindly be aware that any missing or damaged items occurring after they leave our premises will be your responsibility.

Delivery Information:

To ensure the pristine condition of our balloons, we offer a dedicated 2-hour delivery slot priced at $20.

For orders including helium balloons, we strongly recommend scheduling delivery only 1-2 hours before your event commences.

Delivery Requirements:

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address to facilitate a seamless delivery process. In cases of:

Incorrect address provided, a re-delivery charge of $20 will be applicable.
Non-specific address provided (e.g., "Meetup at void deck"), please ensure you can be reached when the driver calls.
Requiring the recipient's presence for balloon collection, please be ready during the scheduled delivery timeslot.

For scenarios 2 and 3, we allow a 10-minute grace period. A surcharge of $5 will apply after this grace period, with a re-delivery charge of $20 after 20 minutes.

Special Delivery Locations:

For orders to destinations such as hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, or locations with restricted access (e.g., parks, bus stops, yacht ports, some villas), we will deliver to the nearest drop-off point, entrance, or parking lot.
