• The door passcode will be updated before your event.
• A $200 refundable deposit is required, which will be refunded and updated within two days after your event via PayNow to the phone number provided at the time of payment.

Host Rules:

• No shoes are allowed inside the venue.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the event space and throughout the building.
• Sitting in public areas or leaving trash is not allowed. 
• Refrain from using tapes, nails, or any adhesives on walls, furniture and floor.
• No confetti.

Breaching our house rules may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

During Check-out: 

• Make sure to vacate the venue on time.  
• Ensure basic cleanliness after your event, including disposing of all trash in the provided bins.
• Move furniture back to original position before leaving the venue. 
• Please switch off all lights, air-con and electrical appliances before leaving.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
• Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable. 
• For all refund requests, a 5% transaction fee will be deducted for payment made by Credit Card (not applicable to PayNow or Bank Transfer).
