NOTE:
-This listing is ONLY available for clients who have booked our Set-up service.
-Delivery & Set-up are included to the same address and timeslot that you have chosen for the set-up. Rental props will be collected back after the tear-down.
-If the set-up service that you booked doesn't include tear-down, you are required to pay a $100 refundable deposit which will be refunded when the props are returned to our office.

Reservation
Price stated is for 1-3 days rental (Items details please refer to the listing)
The items will be reserved for 3 full days starting from the scheduled collection/delivery date once payment is made.
Example: If you state collection timing on 1st Oct, items have to be sent back by 3rd Oct. If you need items more than 3 days, please check with us for availability and charges.

Damaged, Missing, Stained Props
If the rental props are damaged / lost, client will be responsible for compensation of the full retail amount.
If your order includes curtain lights, please ensure they are returned untangled. If the lights are tangled, you can pay additional $15 and keep them for yourself.
Please make sure that the rental props are gently cleaned before returning them. If necessary, please consult us for any enquiries on cleaning method. A cleaning fee of $10 will be incurred for stained rental props.
*Note: Please remove any tapes used. Strictly avoid using of Blutac on any cloth material.
Security Deposit
$100 refundable security deposit is required to be made via cash/Paynow, therefore, we would recommend that you inspect the items during collecction.
After they are returned, the security deposit will be refunded by the end of the day.
Any missing or damaged items, as well as late returns of rental props, will result in a deduction of the security deposit.
