1. The garland will need to be fixed by sticking it to a surface. Before placing your order, kindly check with the event venue to ensure they allow decorations to be affixed to their surfaces.

2. To securely attach the garland, we use 3m tape known for its strong adhesion without leaving stains on glass, metal, or wood surfaces. However, we advise caution when applying the tape to wallpaper or painted surfaces, as it may cause damage. Please consider this before making your purchase, as our company cannot be held liable for any damage caused during the installation process. At times, the client may prefer to use a less adhesive tape, like masking tape, which is wall-paper friendly. While this can be applied in between to minimize potential damage, it's important to be aware that using less adhesive tape may increase the risk of the balloon garland dropping.

3. Prior to installing the garland, we kindly request that you clear the setup area of any loose items, such as wines, antiques, vases, and other delicate objects. This precaution is essential to ensure a smooth and secure installation process without the risk of accidental damage to your valuable possessions. Your cooperation in preparing the area will help us create a beautiful and worry-free display for your event.

4. Self-standing garlands have a maximum length of 3 meters and are arch-shaped from the ground.
