• Backdrop Printing: $50 per square meter

• Organic Balloon Garland: $60 per meter

• Delivery @ $40 OR Delivery & Set-up @ $80

• Tear-down @ $60

• Minimum purchase @ $400 ( Free Delivery & Set-up)

• Minimum purchase @ $600 ( Free Delivery, Set-up & Tear-down)

(Example:

For a required backdrop size of 2.5-meter height & 3-meter width,

The backdrop printing area will be 2.5m x 3m = 7.5 square meters, costing $375.   

With the balloon garland as shown in the profile picture, the garland length is  2.5m + 1.5m = 4m, costing $240

-Backdrop is made of 5mm foam board (High quality & Sturdy) 

-Backdrop stand is provided (It's self-standing and does not lean on wall) 

-Our organic balloon garlands incorporate an assortment of balloon sizes (5in,10in,18in & 36in) , and we present you with a splendid array of colors to flawlessly harmonize with your selected backdrop. It's recommended uploading a picture reference for balloon colours or choose balloon colours from the Balloon Colour Charts

Terms & Conditions for Backdrop Printing:

ღ We kindly ask clients to forward the finalized image for printing to our email address at hi@partybearyfun.sg, ensuring that this is done no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.

ღ The provided printable image/pdf file should adhere to the accurate width and height ratio, ensuring it's free from pixelation, spelling errors, or typos. Any modifications cannot be made within the 7-day period leading up to the event date.

ღ The personalized backdrop remains the property of the client; tear down is not obligatory.

ღThe backdrop can have a maximum height of 2.5 meters, with no restrictions on its width.

*Note:

ღ It is highly recommended to update a reference photo for balloon colours 

ღ Surcharges for off-hour set-up & tear-down: 

-Earliest setup slot: 8:00-9:00am + $50.

-Late tear-down slots: 10:00-11:00pm + $50 / 11:00-12:00am + $50
